In VDARE.com, John Derbyshire reviews Abraham's Children: Race, Identity, and the DNA of the Chosen People by Jon Entine, author of Taboo.

  1. Okay. I would like to broach a possibly taboo subject about vdare.

    Here goes:

Every time I see the name banner, I feel that someone's middle school daughter made it with magic markers.

If the VDARE Foundation would like to influence political policy like a think tank, they need a name banner that policy makers can really look up to. Or lots of money.

  2. And yet, as Entine explains, "most Ashkenazi Jewish women descended from Gentiles"! (A long time ago).

Yet again: this claim is based on the off-handed speculation of one researcher, not real evidence.

  3. Well technically all Jews are descended from Gentiles if you go back far enough.

And all Whites are descended from Blacks, too. Don't know what the Steve Sailer of the Uldavai Gorge might have been doing. Writing blogs on cliffsides?
