You can't keep a good Diveroli down

In Miami New Times, Penn Bullock updates us on the latest adventures of Efraim Diveroli, who is back in business supplying ammunition to the U.S. Government, despite being under indictment on 71 counts. He's now operating under the corporate name AmmoWorks rather than AEY. Check out the last line of the article (page 2) for the most acute observation yet on the true nature of young Mr. Diveroli.

  1. I suppose Diveroli could just always be the lowest bidder on account of his selling utter crap and keeping overhead down (inflatable furniture?).

However, I suspect something more here. Something like... bribery.

  2. I dont think its bribery. More likely its a just a example of how clueless, disconnected and beauracratic the USG is.

Can we really not supply our own ammo needs?

  3. Isn't "Diveroli" a great name for a guy caught up in a scandal caused as a result of a diversity program?

  4. Ammoworks may be a shell company? I reckon.

  5. He's a nice Jewish boy, and a GENIUS.

    Leave him alone!

  6. Shells are perfectly legal instruments. This is capitalism. Deal with it.

I am beginning to think that capitalists are necessary tools, like attack dogs. And, like attack dogs, they must be chained. Sometimes, when they behave badly, they must be whipped.

And rarely, they must be put down. Rarely, but it happens.
