Nicholas Stix's definitive account of the Duke Rape Hoax

Over on VDARE.com, Stix has a 10,500 word article on who real crime victims are in this imploding frame-up.

Mike Nifong should have never laid down with that stripper, now he's waking up with pleas.

He started down a road from creating a false case, charging innocent boys, destroying the three victims reputations, conspiring with the second stripper to coo berate his case, conspiring with the DNA lab to hide evidence, to the latest version of the accuser’s story which seems to now fit some of Nifong's spin on the evidence, but now contradicts other witnesses.

Nifong started down this slippery slope months ago, that he's so deep his ethic violations, to criminal misconduct, to questionably trying to frame these boys to save himself.

The important thing is that the Duke case is not anomalous -- it's part of a pattern of hoaxes directed against white male college students, and it's part of the national hunger for Great White Defendants.

A shocking story. I can only agree with Nicholas Stix: everyone involved in this miscarriage of justice should be sued into penury. These people need to get the message that they cannot do this to inncocent folk.

It has less to do with white or black, males in general are under atttack by well financed feminist groups that push "Women's issues" over all others leading to "rape shield laws" and "codes of conduct" that automatically blame the men for everything.

Lets not forget, that even though 50% of all rape claims are false, the Duke Rape Case wouldn't have come this far without the criminal misconduct of a politically motivated DA, and a community which easily succmbs to racial baiting.

"Let's get to the heart of the issue.

If the day arrives when NATIVE BORN WHITE AMERICANS are reduced to a racial minority, NATIVE BORN WHITE MLAES will either be exterminated or enslaved. NATIVE BORN WHITE WOMAN, of course, will be part of the plunder."

LOL! Look at what this idiot wrote above. Sell your kool-aid somewhere else.

Did anyone see the "60 Minutes" interview with the parents of the accused? All involved clearly skirted the racial issue as I might expect.

I did expect to see some level of contrition for what their sons were involved in; it doesn't speak well for Duke college students that their parties involved drinking and strippers. Stay classy, Dukies!

In addition to "The Great White Defendant", there is also the concept of "Lighting Up the Witness" from the same source. Also, someone should look into Nifong's past to see if he harbors personal class-type grudges against private school types. A lot of public attorneys (prosecutors, IRS tax attorneys, etc.), mostly with public school roots, have an acute sense of being shut out of the good, high paying, private sector jobs available to higher ability law grads. They live their working lives among mediocrities with medium grade suits. Is envy a motive here?

One final point is that among lower strata people such as the dancer/prostitute/accuser, it seems to be the case that there is a higher incidence of clinical psychological problems than we might think.

In a side note Charlotte Pierce-Baker the black wife of the black racist radical Houston Baker was raped in a home invasion at their home by black rapists.

While they were living in Philadelphia, Mr. Baker, his wife and their 10-year-old son were robbed and brutally attacked in their home by two black men. His wife, Charlotte Pierce-Baker, now a research professor in African-American studies at Duke, was raped. Eventually she wrote a book about the ordeal, "Surviving the Silence: Black Women's Stories of Rape" (1998). Although Mr. Baker has not written about it specifically, the experience "has affected everything," he said.

10:21 anonymous: Yes, it is true, and perhaps somewhat regrettable, that some defenses of the accused players have treated them as saints when they probably are a bit on the boorish side, but after the horror they have been through, I think we can and should cut them some slack.

James Kabala: On the one hand, my reaction to <10:21 1/15 anonmymous> was "get real." These are 21-year old males; are we supposed to be surprised that they drink and enjoy strippers? College-aged males behaving in a rowdy and randy way is hardly a new phenomenon. (And anyone imagining that students at an elite university are going to behave themselves doesn't know many students at elite universities!) What has changed, however, is the concept of gentlemanliness, in particular the idea that being a gentlemen is a sine qua non for success in the privileged classes.

To that extent, I agree that, whereas these young men have my complete sympathy, they are probably not especially admirable. For example, it seems likely to me that at least some form of abuse - probably verbal, non-sexual and non-criminal (but possibly racial) - was directed at the stripper. I think some of the men at that infamous party behaved like boors and cads rather than gentlemen, although whether it was these three, we'll never know.
Anyway, not behaving like gentlemen should have earned them a degree of contempt from their friends with better manners, and nothing more. It's not a crime.

Finally, will anyone call Duke University on their abominable treatment of the accused? It's blatantly obvious that the University was more interested in polishing its racially and sexually "sensitive" image than in defending its own students - or even treating them even-handedly. It's hard to turn down a degree from Duke, but, damn, it would be satisfying if the guys who haven't graduated yet told Duke to stick its offer to return up its tight institutional butt.

11:35 Anonymous: We are in near-complete agreement. Maybe I wasn't clear in my earlier post.

Kabala: You were perfectly clear. I was just expanding on your idea that the men in question were most likely not especially "nice," in the conventional sense of the word.

10:35 Anon speaking:

Boys will be boys, etc. If your parents found out some of what you were up to in college, wouldn't they be ashamed? There was very little shame or apology from the parents for their sons' misdeeds. There was mostly anger at Mike Nifong (well-deserved.)

I agree the boys are innocent but I actually have very little sympathy for them. They are probably jerks who walk around campus like they are all that, hooking up with all the hottest chicks. If I was a student at Duke I would probably be secretly happy about all this.

You can tell the comments from liberals. They feel compelled to blame the victims in some way for bringing it on themselves. There is no need to comment at all on the legal behavior of the Duke students. The real indictment here is the way liberal America has destroyed the principles of equal protection, equal opportunity, and equality in general because of black slavery and racism by people now dead and buried. Let's get back to the American dream, where our institutions are color blind and equality is the guiding principle. Let's punish people, not because of their race, but because of their actions.
