I think when he was young and crazy, he took one too many lost week-ends South of the Border. Knowing that this was the scion of a famous political family, W was captured by agents of the Mexican government. After months of torture and reconditioning he was dumped in a Houston apartment complex parking lot in the middle of the night - with no memory of the ordeal - but an unbreakable agenda burned into his broken spirit.
