College loans make family formation unaffordable

Well, lots of young whites don't want to become a plumber or so forth these days. Some plumbers in the Bay Area where once making a 6 figure income. It doesn't make big bucks but whites can be cable installers and the wife can do a second income job which means part time when the kiddies are young to full time when the kiddies are in school. In most parts of the US like the midwest and the south it could at least get you a condo. Probably the days of 3 or more kids are over anyways unless the hubby does to college and gets the professional job.
